"I Really Looked Forward To Getting My Golf GPS And Couldn't Wait To Order It!  But Deciding On Which One Would SUIT MY Particular Needs Was  A Little More Difficult."

Based on my research these are my recommendations for different budgets. 
  1. Table 1:  For golfers who are not concerned with price but want the best color screen and great graphics.
  2. Table 2:  For the golfer who wants a GPS that gives maximum functionality and versatility for under $350.00
  3. Table 3:  For the golfer who is looking for a GPS with as much functionality as possible for under $250.00.  The most popular price range.
  4. Table 4:  For the golfer who wants a basic GPS for giving distances to targets for under $150.00.  Great for those wanting to give a golfing gift that will be appreciated!

Notable absentees from these tables are the Skycaddie range and the Garmin Golf Logix GPS8. This does not mean they were not considered.
Other than  the Skycaddie SG5 these models had stiffer competition in each of the price ranges selected.  They were not excluded and I will continue to monitor them as time goes by.
